Fast and easy no-cook, restaurant-style salsa recipe


You will wonder how you ever lived without this salsa! A hit at every gathering, everyone will ask for the recipe. The best part - it takes less than 10 minutes to assemble. It's our favorite salsa, and we love to pair it with lime tortilla chips.


Best Salsa Recipe


Ingredients

1/2 of a white onion, diced

1 bunch of cilantro, washed

1 jalapeño pepper, diced and deseeded (can add more for added heat)

1 can of whole tomatoes with juice (28 oz)

1-2 limes, juiced (about 3 Tbsp)

1 Tbsp minced garlic

1 1/2 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp garlic salt

1/2 tsp granulated Stevia or sugar

1/2 tsp onion powder



Instructions

  1. Pulse the onion, jalapeño and cilantro in a food processor until chopped.

  2. Add the tomatoes with juice, lime juice, minced garlic, Stevia/sugar and seasonings to the food processor.

  3. Pulse everything together until desired consistency is reached. Add more salt/sugar as needed.
