Air Fryer Parmesan Garlic Fries

The best way to make french fries using your air fryer

I have many friends who are intimidated by their air fryers, or simply don't even know where to start with cooking with an air fryer. I LOVE my air fryer, and use it for so many things! One of my favorite things is making french fries in my air fryer. And not just any fries - crispy, flavorful parmesan garlic fries!

These only take about 25 minutes to make from start to finish, and you will wonder how you ever lived without them!

Air Fryer Parmesan Garlic Fries

Ingredients

5 yellow potatoes, cut into strips, about 1/4 inch thick

2 Tbsp parmesan cheese (I used the powdery kind - can also use grated)

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp minced garlic

1 tsp garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut potatoes into strips, about 1/4 inch thick.

  2. Combine sliced potatoes, parmesan cheese, olive oil, minced garlic and garlic salt in a bowl and stir until everything is combined.

  1. Spray air fryer basket with cooking oil and set heat to 400 degrees F.

  2. Dump coated potatoes into the basket and lightly sprinkle with garlic salt.

  3. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove the basket, shake the fries around, spray lightly with more spray oil, and cook for another 8-10 minutes (or until fries look golden and crispy)

Enjoy!
